Phillip Ludbey - Director/Building Designer

Phil is an experienced Building Designer and draftsman having worked in the building industry for 20 years. He has worked in both architectural and engineering firms on numerous projects of varying sizes and classes.

In 2019 he started Cataract Designs to offer people his experience, skills and technologies used on large scale commercial projects to provide a high quality design and drafting service that is accessible for residential and smaller commercial clients.

As a licenced building designer he can provide design, documentation and certification for both residential and commercial buildings.

Jeremy has worked in the architecture and building design industry since 2016 and holds a certificate III in Engineering – Technical. This qualification along with his industry experience provides Jeremy with the skills required to deliver high quality documentation for Cataract Designs’ clients.

Having worked across both residential and commercial sectors, Jeremy has experience on a wide range of projects across many industries such as healthcare, education, justice and commercial facilities.

As a senior draftsperson, Jeremy prides himself on his attention to detail and providing a high-quality product to his clients.
